Childcare Lawyer, Kettering

Salary: £375 Per Day

Hours: 37 Hours

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Contract Length: 3 Month Contract

Location: Kettering, NN157QX

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Childcare Lawyer for 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will need to carry out their own advocacy (up to contested final hearings) and be available to attend court at least twice per week.

• Advising upon and conducting proceedings relating to the care and protection of children and young people.
• Providing legal advice and support to clients, including elected members and senior officers.
• Being a lead within the team and providing guidance and support to other members of the team.
