Thanks to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a welcoming, organised Administration Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and long-standing clients, helping us maintain the high standards that have fueled our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Warm, approachable manner with strong people skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using email, calendars, and basic office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Working Hours
Mon-Wed (9-5 with 30 mins lunch)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14,625.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
