Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Potential Permanent Position
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Showroom Host on behalf of our client based in Kidlington.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Working Hours- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Answering incoming telephone calls professionally
- Taking accurate messages and forwarding via company email systems
- Greeting customers and visitors to the showroom
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area
- Offering refreshments to customers where required
- Supporting the wider team with general front-of-house duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and friendly manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT and email knowledge
- Strong reliability and punctuality
Basic training will be provided for the successful candidate. This role could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
