Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales/Marketing Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in B2B and B2C sales, market analysis, Brand awareness, Social Media Management, Email Marketing and Promotions. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our client base and enhancing our brand presence and reach across various markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies targeting B2B and B2C clients
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Support the management of customer interactions through one to many correspondence
• Utilise our CRM to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to client needs
• Coordinate with the Managing Director to execute campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain and grow organised records of sales activities, client information, and market data
• Output planned and regular Social Media Postings and Email Newsletters

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing functions
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive approach towards learning new skills and adapting to changing priorities
• Experience with Mail Chimp or similar Marketing Software
• Proven track record of Organic Growth with Social Media
