Building Services Technician

My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proventrack recordin commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive work, from checking lights, sockets, plant checks, checks on fan coils,temptap test's, checks andtmv's, outside lighting checks and general maintenance duties.

Hours 7-3.30 Monday to Friday

Salary 38K, with on call 1 in 8 (300.00) for being on call plus extra if called out. Including 28 day plus 8 BH, 6% matching pension, use of company van when on call.
