Electrical Maintenance Engineer| FM Service Provider | Commercial Building Teddington, South West London | Up to£44,700 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading FM service provider based in Teddington, South West London. We are currently recruiting for aMulti-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a static, site-based role within a large and prestigious commercial building.The successful candidates will be fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineers, holding a City&Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 qualification, with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical-biased M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit team of three engineers, working alongside an on-site supervisor. You will be responsible for all landlord services across the building and will be required to demonstrate hands-on knowledge and experience of the following: ElectricalLighting small installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels and power distribution Emergency lighting testing and certification Fire alarm testing UPS systems monitoring and taking readings Pressurisation units BMS monitoring hot and cold systems Mechanical&HVAC HVAC plant and plant room maintenance Air conditioning air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes and cleaning) Chillers monitoring and resets Pumps, motors and cooling tower maintenance Water treatment temperature checks (non-dosing) Fabric&General Plumbing unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals, etc. General building fabric maintenance Escorting and overseeing sub-contractors Hours of Work Monday to Friday | 40-hour week | Overtime available at weekends Rotating shifts: 07:0016:00 / 08:0017:00 / 10:0019:00 No call-out requirementPackage Basic salary up to£44,700 per annum 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Birthday off as an additional holiday Company pension scheme Excellent benefits package Internal and external training courses Genuine career progression opportunities Substantial overtime available RequirementsElectrically qualified C&G 2330 / NVQ Level 2 (minimum), Level 3 preferred 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) essential Copies of all trade certificates will be required upon application Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, honest and hardworkingTo apply, please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
