Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Principal Civil&Structural Engineer to join their growing team, specialising in structural engineering projects in rail infrastructure. Our client will consider contract as well as permanent. Duties: Technical leadership Team and project management - Key member of the structural design teams through all the project stagesUndertake structural design for projects including rail infrastructure Comply with design standards and undertake and manage the drawings, specifications, and design deliverables Client and business engagement - Act as structural engineering contact and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractorsRequirements: BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a design consultancy. Proficiency in design software and a high level of computer literacy. Knowledge of UK design codes, standards and industry specifications Membership of a relevant professional body (ICE or IStructE) or near chartered statusA current clean UK driving license is advantageous TPBN1_UKTJ
