We have a rangeFREE CPD training courses, from Safeguarding to Autism Awareness, which will teach you the relevant skills and attributes necessary for supporting children in our schools.

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Support pupils in accessing a personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs

• A background within Care sector or child like environment
• Is confident in managing challenging behaviour in a patient and proactive manner
• Demonstrates resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable pupils

• References covering the last 5 years
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
