The Role: Wearelookingforsomeonewhoenjoysthetechnicalchallengeofleadingcomplexauditsinthe field while also possessing the leadership skills to manage and develop a talented team.Keyresponsibilities include: Hands-OnLeadership:Leadtheplanningandexecutionofcomplexauditassignments, includinggroup consolidations and OMBs. Taking fullownershipof auditassignments frominitialplanningandrisk assessment through to final completion. Actingastheprimaryon-sitecontactforclients,resolvingqueriesindependentlywhere possible.Reducing Director-level involvement by providing high-quality, "review-ready" audit files Flexible Portfolio: We are happy to tailor this role to your expertisewhether you prefer a 100% Audit focus or a Mixed Portfolio including preparation of statutory accounts and tax. About you: Qualified:ACA/ACCAqualifiedwithprovenexperienceatamanagerorassistant managerlevel.
