Thisisahigh-visibilityrolewhereyouwillworkdirectlywiththepartnerstoshapeouraudit methodologies and take ownership of a high-quality client portfolio.

The Role: Wearelookingforsomeonewhoenjoysthetechnicalchallengeofleadingcomplexauditsinthe field while also possessing the leadership skills to manage and develop a talented team.

Keyresponsibilities include: Hands-OnLeadership:Leadtheplanningandexecutionofcomplexauditassignments, includinggroup consolidations and OMBs.

Taking fullownershipof auditassignments frominitialplanningandrisk assessment through to final completion.

Actingastheprimaryon-sitecontactforclients,resolvingqueriesindependentlywhere possible.

Reducing Director-level involvement by providing high-quality, "review-ready" audit files Flexible Portfolio: We are happy to tailor this role to your expertisewhether you prefer a 100% Audit focus or a Mixed Portfolio including preparation of statutory accounts and tax.

DepartmentManagement:Manageresourceallocationandteamcapacityforouraudit department ensuring seamless delivery for our clients.

About you: Qualified:ACA/ACCAqualifiedwithprovenexperienceatamanagerorassistant managerlevel.

Growth-Minded:Youarelookingforarolewhereyoucanhavearealimpactonhowa department is structured and run.

Technically Sharp: You have a strong background in auditing owner-managed businesses and are comfortablewith the "hands-on" natureof a smaller-sized practice.

Abilitytotraveltoclientpremisesincludingsomeovernightstayswhere required Avaliddriverslicenseisrequiredforclientsite visits.
