Tipper Driver, Shoreham-by-Sea

x 3 Tipper Drivers required to start work in Shoreham on a temporary 6 month contract delivering asphalt and dry aggregates.

Duties

• Operate flatbed tipper lorries to transport bulk materials to various locations in a timely manner
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Plan routes effectively to optimise delivery schedules and minimise delays
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Comply with all legal requirements related to commercial driving and transportation regulations
• Assist with loading and securing cargo as necessary, ensuring the safety of all items during transit
• Follow company policies regarding vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

Experience

• Class 1
• Tipping experience
• CPC
• Taco

Hours are 07:00 -16:30 Monday - Friday.

Pay is 20.26 per hour paid weekly.
