Job Description

Full time Bookmakers Clerks in the Larne Area, entry-level position with training provided.

The Job Responsibilities

• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
• Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop
• Building relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining high shop standards

Shop hours: Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm. Contracted weekly rota.

Essential Qualifications

• Good communicator
• Flexible for 7-day operation
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Enthusiastic people person
• Reliable and hands-on team member
• Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or cash handling

Desirable Qualifications

• Demonstrable IT skills
• 5 GCSEs at grade C or above
• Full UK clean driving licence
