Contracts Manager, Surrey

An established and growing main contractor is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the South East.

• Managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Visiting sites regularly across the region with office attendance approximately twice per week
• Leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Working closely with senior management to support continued growth of the business

• Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using construction planning software such as Asta
• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
• Ideally based in Surrey or surrounding areas
