Director - Quantity Surveying, LS1

Redfish Solutions have partnered with a market leading Consultancy in Leeds to recruit a Director to join and lead their Quantity Surveying team in the region. The role has become available due to a recent restructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business that specialise in Commercial, private Residential, Distribution, Education and Mix-use new build and refurbishment. They currently have a strong pipeline of work across all these building types including some of Leeds most iconic building projects. You will be known for providing a quality of care and regarded for your relationship building, developing new business, being commercially astute and mentoring. Having advised on a range of schemes you will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager who can advise clients with robust reporting, recommendations and advice. Ideally, we are looking for MRICS Director level professionals who have operated in a senior capacity ? taking lead on projects and offering a variety of professional services. You will need to be confident to be able to manage the Leeds Cost Management team working in collaboration with other Directors to help grow the service line and engaging with new and existing clients to provide an excellent customer experience.
