Seven Social Care are looking for 2 Income officers to work with the Vale of Glamorgan Council. This position is initially until the end of March 2021 and will involve working 37 hours for per week (9am-5pm from Monday-Friday). The role: In this varied role the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering income collection services to customers within a specific geographical patch and working positively to sustain tenancies whilst maximising the collection of rent to meet key business and service targets. You will be expected to deliver excellent services to customers and work to achieve targets and high levels of customer payment. The main responsibilities will include taking action to recover debt including court action, working closely with colleagues to manage arrears cases effectively and provide support to help tenants sustain a long term culture of payment. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: N/A. Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. Compliance: Current DBS check. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37 hours p/w.
