Lease Operations Manager Leeds City Centre with home working Your new company This is an international real estate services company who have an established team of Lease Analysts. Your new role You will be managing a team of around 10 people, including day to day set up calls, 1-2-1's, recruitment, training and KPI reviews. You will also analyse existing processes and procedures to create a strategy to increase efficiency and allow growth in the business. You will recruit new team members, offer training, improve systems and implement new ones if needed. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience managing a team, including recruitment and 1-2-1's. You will ideally have an understanding of commercial leases or creating growth strategies in a successful team. You will have the ability to conduct client meetings and present reports as well as offering guidance to those around you.
