Advanced Nurse Practitioner - GP Practice Leeds, West Yorkshire £48,000 - £50,000 per annum plus NHS pension and 35 days holiday The Client Compass Associates are working in partnership with one of the leading providers of primary care services in the UK. The company has a mixture of GP practices, walk-in centres, and specialist clinics. They are currently going through a growth period and have been successful in winning new NHS contracts which they are thrilled to be adding to their portfolio. At present, they have an opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their GP practice in North Leeds. This is a busy but small practice and has recently been rated GOOD by CQC. The Role As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and prescribing for patients of all ages. You will be dealing mainly with both minor illnesses and minor injuries, bloods, discharge letters, repeat prescriptions etc however, if you have a keen interest in chronic disease management then there is the option of moving into this area and focussing on respiratory diseases or heart failure. The practice has adapted well to the pandemic and are now carrying out patient consultations via video or telephone link. The only exception to this is children who will be invited into the practice for a face to face consultation.
