Commercial Gas Engineer  Field Based ? We are growing and as such have a new opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expert Gas team.  We are Arcus, a UK leading facilities management company and we can offer great career stability in these uncertain times.  You will be a key member of the gas maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding and repair.  Ensuring high levels of compliance as well as Health & Safety at all times.  As a skilled Gas Engineer you will have a proven track record working on High Profile commercial contracts, ideally within retail/supermarkets. You will also have an understanding and knowledge of commercial M&E service technologies.  To be successful in this role you will have:  Specific Qualifications: You will have a recognised commercial Gas qualification ? essential You will be Gas Safe certified ? essential HVAC knowledge ? desirable  You will have a full driving licence - essential  Experience Significant experience ideally gained in retail environment Understanding of commercial M&E service technologies Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage  Skills Competence Ability to work unsupervised in a pressurised environment dealing with store teams and members of the public Committed to delivering exceptional customer service Actively contributes to the team?s targets either individually or by supporting others Appreciation of refrigeration systems and the ability to provide visual only inspection Proficient IT skills Capable of prioritising a complex and demanding workload Flexibility and willingness to learn Enjoys working with people  In addition to a competitive salary Arcus employee can enjoy 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, a generous contributory pension scheme of matched contributions up to 6%, gym discounts and life assurance.
