Your future employer is currently looking for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their Sustainability Team. The busy team will give you the opportunity to develop and form this role with the utilisation of your experience. To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills: Ability to write BREEAM reports meeting auditable quality standards Ability to use modelling software (Bluebeam Revu would be an advantage) Understanding of London Plan requirements Understanding of SBEM methodology Full UK Driver's LicenceKey duties: To carry out BREEAM projects in full To seek new BREEAM business opportunities To promote the work of the organisation To assist in the development of the BREEAM knowledge base To assist with BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment To assist with HQM assessments To assist with Code Mentoring other Team members when required This well-known consultancy is offering a mixture of benefits and rewards to the successful candidate, including; a vehicle allowance, fuel card, life insurance, private healthcare, 20 holiday days (not including British bank holidays and not deducted from your holiday allowance), extensive training, and social events.
