Senior Recruitment Consultant- Education (primary or secondary) Up to £32,000 basic salary DOE and billings plus free onsite parking at the Leeds offices, option to work from home 2 - 3 days per week, 10% commission on all billings which increases after probation. 7.30am - 5.30pm working hours with 5 hours per day in school holidays. What are we looking for? Still relatively new to the Leeds market, our client are offering development desks but will provide you the support and autonomy to successfully do this, including the ability to effectively manage your own day and achieve a work/life balance by working from home if needed 2 - 3 days per week with 2 - 3 days being based in their Leeds offices. This role will suit a 360 biller working at 80 days minimum either on a primary or secondary desk. You must be confident in your ability to build relationships with schools and be able to commute effectively to schools in West Yorkshire for client visits.
