Contracts Manager, EX23

Our Client is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee all their contracts in the area of Cornwall, you will need experience in Commercial Roofing and Cladding and the different types of systems. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects in the Cornwall area. Your duties will include: * liaising with Site Managers * Study legalities of contracts * Negotiate terms and conditions * Plan Projects * Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts * Chair and attend internal and external meetings * Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team For this Contracts Manager role, it is essential you have: * CSCS Card (Black) * SMSTS * Good knowledge and experience of Commercial Cladding Systems * Good knowledge and experience of Commercial Roofing Systems. * Computer literate * Extensive experience of managing Commercial Roofing and Cladding Projects * Driving license (vehicle provided) For more information, contact Mark on (phone number removed) or apply now and send your CV
