Your new company You will be working in the school service department where you will be responsible for the maintenance and security of the school's premises and site ensuring a safe environment. Hays offer flexible rates of pay depending on your experience and the type of work you are looking What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working within a school environment is ideal with knowledge of policies and procedures for security, alarm systems and health and safety. You will also need to be able to carry out minor repairs, DIY duties, manual handling of deliveries and key holding as well as having the ability to manage your own work load. You'll need to be able to demonstrate good self-organisation skills as well as a strong work ethic that can make a sustained impact on site management.
