Resource Consultant, North East

Schools Mutual Services has been set up to recruit professional education staff for its member schools and is headquartered within a school. We are currently looking for an energetic and friendly Resource Consultant to join the business and assist with recruiting and compliance. Our team consists of industry professionals with combined experience exceeding 25 year. The location is based between our offices in Newcastle and Durham therefore being able to work with flexibility is essential. Because this is newly set up, there is great opportunity for personal growth and fast-track into management positions for the right person. This is a full time, permanent position starting in September 2020. Core Duties and Responsibilities Main but not limited to: * Resource education professionals by using CV databases and social media * Assist Consultants with staff vetting procedures * Ensure candidates adhere to compliance regulations * Work to targets which will be reasonably agreed once employment has commenced About Us Schools Mutual Services provide consistently high standards of recruitment and services to it?s members, with its main HQ based at a secondary school in Durham, we understand the full process required. We have been set up to provide a database for its schools and to further develop business development opportunities as a mutual. We offer generous working hours between Monday to Friday of (Apply online only) during term time and (Apply online only) during school holidays. Due to the nature of this role, we are happy to receive requests for differentiation of hours including flex-time.
