O365 Solution Architect, Leeds

O365 Solution Architect Full-time, Permanent | Leeds | 65-75k An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented O365 Solution Architect to join the Leeds office of a global professional services company. The role of the 0365 Solution architect will be to work closely with internal teams and assist them in their migration and on boarding activities to the Microsoft 365 platform. You will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration and in providing end-user support and training. For collaborating with the IT Management team to ensure operational security, maintenance and governance. Role & Responsibilities: Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritising technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future Microsoft 365 technologies Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, rationalise and roadmap new business capabilities and deployment Develop and communicate business/technology alignment plans to steering group, staff, partners, and stakeholders Designing and updating Microsoft 365 solutions and technical roadmaps, as well as producing high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business Increase user adoption Championing Microsoft 365-based solutions embracing new functionalityResponsible for developing the business use of implemented Microsoft 365 Technology e.g., the Microsoft 365 applications and the automation they can deliver, including SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype for Business Responsible for developing an unstructured data storage strategy to support the use of SharePoint, Team and OneDrive Responsible for developing an acceptable approach for the firm to make appropriate use of Teams, SharePoint, Flow, Planner and other Microsoft 365 applications Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regard to industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations Creatively and independently provide resolution to technical problems in a cost-effective manner Ensure our use of Microsoft 365 adheres to applicable laws and regulations Skills & Experience: Deep knowledge in Microsoft 365 technologies with experience of two or more of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Teams. Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a fast-paced environment Experience in undertaking business impact assessments for major Microsoft 365 updates, as well as analysing complex technical issues and proposing appropriate solutions Experience designing, provisioning and delivering workable Power App solutions Experience of working with third party providers e.g. Microsoft technical support, Consultancies etc. 3 years? experience implementing and developing business solutions with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams Experience in understanding business requirements Experience of persuading organisations to adopt new technology Excellent knowledge This is an urgent requirement and my client is looking to move quickly for the right O365 Solution Architect.
