Commercial Solicitor 5 PQE | £40,000 - £50,000 A small well respected, employee orientated law firm which has recently made a number of acquisitions in the locality is looking to employ an experienced Commercial law solicitor to assist with the firms increasing demands, although the role would more than likely suit someone part time initially. The Role: The successful Commercial Solicitor will be running a full caseload and be proactive in supporting the expansion of the firm and department. This role will effectively be a head of department as normally the work is given to another firm to deal with which is no longer cost effective. You will be working on files such as Commercial Contracts, Shareholders Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Company formations, Charity formations. Requirements: The ideal Commercial Solicitor will have 5 PQE with experience of running their own caseload and have experience with Commercial / Corporate law. The successful Commercial Solicitor will be able to run a case load, be proactive and be able to meet targets, although the firm is not targets focused and has a relaxed atmosphere, there is an emphasis on employee welfare and the firm regularly gives back to its employees.
