Exciting and challenging plans for staff growth and product development for the short, medium, and long term Flexible working patterns They have a reputation for quality and customer service that is unrivalled within the insurance sector Role requirements We are looking to recruit a senior automotive insurance professional to join our successful team based in West Yorkshire to head up our insurance team The role focuses on responsibility of managing the team of existing claim advisors, handling 1-2-1's, KPI targets, appraisals and call monitoring. Responsibility for leading by exampled Handling escalated queries and complaints Working closely with Account Executives and Management to develop the operational procedures Passionate about offering all clients exceptional levels of service This position offers exceptional potential for career development in both the medium and long term The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be adept at forming successful external and internal relationships across all levels We are looking for Candidates will have an in depth understanding of automotive insurance (inclusive of motor & fleet) Ideally candidates will be looking to progress a career within the insurance sector to a senior level and seek further long-term progression Insurance industry qualifications would be beneficial, or interest to work towards them A self-starter, you will be equally happy working within a team or managing personal assignments Excellent problem-solving abilities Previous management experience is essential You will be ambitious, tenacious and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
