Role: Service Advisor (Part-time) Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £11,000 - £12,000 OTE Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced part-time Service Advisor to join a Premium car dealership in the Ellesmere Port area. Your role as a Service Advisor within the dealership is to provide a high level of customer service, projecting a quality image of the brand and company and ensuring you exceed all customer expectations. Advise the customer on additional parts and services, meeting the customers? requirements. As a Service Advisor you?ll have experience in a similar role. Your role will be to maximise service sales and profitability within the busy service department, improving upon existing business and increasing the service plans currently being sold and to provide the best customer experience possible to keep the dealerships high CSI score up!
