Deputy Manager - Fostering Team - Good Ofted Salary: Up to £35,000 NonStop Care is working with a Nonprofit organisation in the North East in order to recruit for a Deputy Manager to join their Fostering Team on a permanent basis. They currently have a Good Ofsted, providing a very high standard of service, and are striving towards an Outstanding rating in their next inspection. The Deputy Manager in this role will support the Team Manager in leading the team, ensuring that all time-lines are met for Ofsted inspection, identifying and matching family placements, and recruiting Social Workers and Foster Carers.
