Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

  • Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
  • Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
  • Lead formulation and collaborate with therapy and education teams to develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Assess pupils’ psychological needs, evaluate outcomes, and ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Promote inclusion, self-esteem, and resilience through individual and group work.
  • Contribute to EHCP planning, reporting, and reviews, supporting pupils' social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Requirements: HCPC registration, relevant experience, and UK work authorisation.
