What You Will Do:

• Carry out comprehensiveoccupational therapy assessments and interventionswithin the stroke unit.
• Develop and implementpersonalised rehabilitation plansalongside the multidisciplinary team.
• Design targeted exercises and therapy programmes to promote independence and functional recovery.
• Provide education and practical advice to patients, families, and carers.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line withHCPC standards.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.

About You:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
• Experience withinstroke or neurology rehabilitation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
