The role will also offer the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on finance work and supporting others development.Key responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts Balance sheet reconciliations and review Month-end analysis and reporting Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Investigating variances and providing meaningful financial insight Assisting in improving finance processes and controlsMentoring and supporting junior finance staff About you: Newly qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Experience in management accounts and month-end processes Strong balance sheet understanding Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across the business Keen to develop and progress within a growing organisationWhat's on offer: Salary of£45,000 - £54,000 Hybrid working Excellent career progression opportunities Opportunity to join a growing and supportive finance team Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
