This is a hands-on role where youll be a key part of the maintenance team , helping keep production running through a mix of reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance .This opportunity would suit someone who: Prefers working nights Wants job security and stability Takes pride in proper fault finding and long-term fixes ---------------------------------------- What Youll Be Doing Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across plant and machineryWork in a proactive, preventative maintenance environment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce repeat breakdowns Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Liaise with contractors and ensure RAMS complianceUpdate and maintain records on the CMMS system Complete remedial work following PPM activities ---------------------------------------- About You Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering ( or equivalent apprenticeship ) Mechanical experience beneficialBackground in heavy engineering / manufacturing / industrial environments Strong experience in reactive and planned maintenance Confident fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems Experience with or exposure to PLC systems Comfortable working independently on a nightshift pattern---------------------------------------- Key Details Location: Leeds Shift: Nightshift only Employment type: Permanent ---------------------------------------- Interested?
