Property Solicitor, Leeds

This Property Solicitor role in Leeds offers the opportunity to work on complex asset management matters within a growing managed legal services team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering commercially focused legal advice across a varied property portfolio.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations
• Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations
• Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements
• Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service
• Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives
• Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

• A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE
• Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively
• A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Keen to develop within a managed legal services environment

• Salary ranging from £56,000 to £64,000 per annum.
