We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal/NQ Solicitor (Dangerous Dog Offences) to join our Four Legs Law team in our busy Leeds City Centre office.

The ideal candidate will handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters, with a focus on:

• Dangerous Dogs Act cases, including prohibited breeds and dogs dangerously out-of-control.

• Proficient IT skills
• Literate and numerate
• Excellent advocacy and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work accurately in accordance with the requirements of the team
• Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work

• 2+ years in criminal law (negotiable depending on experience)
• Experience or strong interest in learning/developing Dangerous Dog work (desirable)
