• Strong track record in sales management within nutraceuticals, food ingredients, speciality raw materials, or adjacent scientific sectors
• Academic qualifications in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related scientific field
• Expertise in designing and implementing strategic sales plans and identifying untapped market opportunities within food, supplement, or wellness markets
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to energise a sales function or support team growth
• Willingness to travel across Europe and engage with clients when needed
