Property Litigation Solicitor / 4‑5 PQE / Leeds / £85,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigator to join a busy Leeds based team managing a diverse caseload of commercial property disputes.

• Join a busy and well‑regarded Property Disputes team based in Leeds
• Handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters
• Advise on disputes including landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light
• Work with a diverse client base across a range of sectors, delivering practical and commercially focused advice
• Enjoy a high level of responsibility and autonomy within a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Property Litigation Solicitor with approximately 4–5 years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling a wide range of commercial property disputes
• Confident managing landlord and tenant disputes and other property‑related litigation matters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong client‑focused approach
• Able to manage an independent caseload while contributing positively to the wider team
