The Peripatetic Manager candidate will have: Experience at Registered Manager level Previous managerial experience in a care settings Very strong working knowledge of care standards and regulations Proven results around adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary Ideally have turn around experience Excellent organisational and communication skills NVQ L5 or above Previously successful candidates have come from an established Registered Manager or existing peripatetic position and worked with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour or Complex Needs for Adult services.
