Architect, Leicester

I am currently representing a well-established, talented Architectural Practice based near Leicester that is actively looking for an Architect to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect to develop their career within a growing, ambitious team. The successful Architect will be involved with several small to large-scale developments within the Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. It is important that this Architect have a keen interest in this line of work. This role requires an Architect who is proficient in the use of REVIT software as this practice uses this software daily. Key responsibilities include carrying out feasibility studies, analysing architectural plans and drawings, prepare planning applications, work closely with the architectural team to achieve completion by the deadline, liaise with construction professionals, attend site, as well as produced high detailed technical and construction packages. The suitable individual for this role will be an Architect with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, looking for a new career challenge to work in a busy but friendly environment. It is essential that all applicants must be a strong communicator that is highly motivated to exceed expectations.
