Quantity Surveyor, Leicester

Our client is a groundworks civil engineering sub contractor, specialising in earthwork, surfacing, rail and highways sectors. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in Leicester area. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for contractually managing highways projects, liaising with clients and supply chain, being responsible for procurement, payments and negotiations. You will be working as a part of a team, ensuring day to day duties. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, previous experience on highways civil engineering projects, good knowledge of NEC contract. You will be required to travel to sites within 1 hour from the office
