Fri: 9am ? 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays: 10am ? 1pm My client is a busy Estate Agents in the heart of Leicester who are looking to grow their property management team. The role: ? Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors ? Receive and allocate maintenance jobs ? Manage communications via phone, email and WhatsApp ? Organise and conduct inspections of properties during Tenancies Arranging and attending property viewings ? Organise end of Tenancy check-outs and inventories ? Organise regulatory certificates to ensure properties are compliant with current legislation ? Organise new tenancies
