Architect, Leicester

I am currently working with an award winning practice in Leicester who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Architect to their close-knit team, offering a private parking space, with close links to travel and only a short walk to city centre. The company: The practice occupies a Georgian - style building close to green spaces and a short commute to Leicester train station. Their Architectural work is predominantly Residential and Commercial, anything from student accommodation to domestic new builds and offices in addition to Leisure centres. To be successful in the role of Architect, you will have: ? A recognised Part III qualification ? Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architect in a UK practice ? Experience delivering projects from inception to completion ? Proficiency in the day-to-day management of several projects The role of Architect will entail: ? Following projects through from inception to completion ? Liaising with clients, local authorities and contractors ? Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Why join? ?
