Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer An opportunity has come up for a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer to join the property team of a highly regarded high street type practice in central Leicester. The successful candidate for this role would be joining a team with experienced conveyancers/ lawyers who will be supported by an admin/secretarial team. As a Fee Earner/ Conveyancer -You will have relevant experience as a conveyancer dealing to deal with residential property matters within a busy practice with the ability to handle a caseload of property matters with minimal supervision. You will handle a range of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Dealing with: sale and purchase transactions; leasehold and freehold properties; transfer of equity; shared ownership; unregistered land, among others Essential * Able to handle your own case loads * A qualified property lawyer, either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer ?
