About the Role

We are looking for a strong, professional individual with determination and flexibility to achieve excellence for our clients while motivating and supporting team members. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with both Mitie and clients, demonstrate enthusiasm for a challenging and varied working environment, and have a commitment to the success of the contract and the achievement of site objectives. The candidate must also be a team player, capable of learning, motivating others, and working collaboratively. Fluency in English (100 %) is required, and the role demands the ability to work at height.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Onsite Manager.
• Clean various machines and areas across the factory (training provided).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Remove waste to the appropriate areas.
• Perform one‑off cleaning tasks as requested.
• Work overtime to support the team during staff shortages, audits, or VIP visits.
• Work effectively as part of a team and also independently without supervision.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (100 %).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work at height.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and determination to meet contract objectives.
