The role reports directly to the Onsite Manager, and involves a range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to remove waste to the appropriate areas and also clean various machines and areas across the factory in the Factory down time, to which training will be given. Safe use of cleaning chemicals is essential, and performing one-off cleaning tasks as needed. The role may also involve working overtime to support the team during staff shortages, audits, or VIP visits. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is important, but the candidate must also be capable of working independently without supervision.
