Fabrication Supervisor, Leicester

Robertson Recruitment are working with a growing and well-respected sheet metal fabrication business, delivering high-quality components and assemblies to customers across a range of industries. Known for their quality, reliability, and skilled workforce, they are looking to strengthen the production team with an experienced fabrication supervisor on evening shifts.As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the fabrication department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health&safety requirements are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone with strong fabrication knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
