We are looking for a high-level Manager who can lead from the front, maintain exceptional standards, and help drive the business forward.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, organised, commercially aware, and passionate about hospitality.

We are looking for a hands-on Manager who can confidently oversee daily operations while building a motivated and high-performing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Running smooth day-to-day operations
• Leading and motivating staff during busy services
• Managing rotas, labour costs, and staffing levels
• Maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Monitoring stock control and ordering
• Training and developing team members
• Driving sales and improving performance
• Handling customer feedback professionally
• Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
• Previous management experience in hospitality, fast food, QSR, or restaurants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• High standards and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Confident handling staff management and customer service issues
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
