Experienced DA Refuge Manager required to lead a specialist refuge service supporting BAME and refugee women and children affected by domestic abuse.

You will manage a 4-house, 18-bed refuge service, oversee staff and IDVA support, manage safeguarding, compliance and crisis intervention.

Requirements:

• Management experience within DA/Refuge services
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Senior on-call experience
• Managerial qualification essential
• English plus 1 community language essential
• Experience supporting BAME communities

28 days annual leave, clinical supervision and excellent support provided.
