We are recruiting for a Barista to join our Dining Team at Bents!

Do you want to work in an environment serving freshly made exceptional high-quality products and hot drinks every day and have a passion for customer service? Then this is the job for you!

The currentBaristaroles we have available all involve a flexible approach and there are no weekend only positions available.

*Hours will include full days so you should have availability from 8.00am - 8.00pm.

We open late nights from April to December, and there may be a change in hours to support the late night opening hours. Please note, these are live vacancies so are subject to change as we recruit.

What is the Barista role?

Join our vibrant Dining Team as aBarista, where you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, world-class experiences across our 1,000-seater dining areas. Whether you're expertly crafting barista-quality coffees, preparing food stations, taking customer orders, or keeping the tills running smoothly, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced, energetic catering operation.

We're looking for someone with a passion for great service - someone who's always smiling, communicates easily with customers and teammates, and thrives in a busy, high-energy environment.

Previous experience as a barista, in hospitality, or in a restaurant setting would be a real plus.

The role meets National Minimum Wage.
