This role involves working with pupils who require personal care and have limited or no speech, helping them thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Role Overview:

Provide personalised support to students with PMLD, including personal care and communication assistance.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and sensory-based lessons.
Encourage independence, engagement, and social interaction.
Build trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
