Location: 77 Victoria Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 0AS

Hours: Full time - 36 hours a week

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

• Provide person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment

• No experience required – values and behaviours matter more than background
• Willingness to listen, treat others with respect, and support people to live their lives
